I truly can say that I’ve had a very important and powerful download in Europe in those 6 weeks!

I just experienced walking 340 km through Portugal and Spain all the way to the inspiring cathedral in Santiago de Compostela/Spain. This is marked as the destination as here is where the remains of the holy man St. James are kept.

How Does Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Work?

Each treatment usually begins with a personal check-in and a body assessment. Depending on the direction of the session, during the hands-on treatment you are lying either fully or partially clothed on a massage table.

Often there is a dialogue during a treatment as it supports the process, or there can be deep periods of stillness that allow for shifts in body and mind. No two sessions are alike and the “inherent treatment plan” will determine the flow. 

In order to restore normal functioning, subtle suggestions are made by the Biodynamic Craniosacral practitioner in specific areas of dissonance while aligning with the deeper forces that generate health.

What can I expect in a Craniosacral Therapy session?

While on the table you may relax into very deep states of awareness or experience insights. You might experience different kinds of sensations as energy is released. If this occurs you are invited to stay present with your breath as well as the sensations. Once patterns begin to shift, you may experience a sense of integration in your whole system. Effects can also be felt after your session.

Since we are all shaped and conditioned by our life experiences they tend to be held in the body as discorded patterns, until treated. Affected areas with unresolved tension, such as joints or tissue structures might have been accumulating strain and trauma over time. How many sessions do I need?

A session may last for 60 or 90 minutes. It is important to note that while a single session can have noticeable effects, it often takes multiple sessions to achieve the results you are seeking. The number of treatments you will need depends on the nature of your healing process and your intention. Treatment plan options can be discussed during your session, leaving any final decision up to you.
